You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tetherhaul for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Marks, cosmetics and any other in-game items are earned through play only. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and may be reset if you clear your progress or delete the app. Tetherhaul contains no real-money purchases.
Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app or any part of it. Tetherhaul is for your personal enjoyment.
The game and all of its art, audio, code and design belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
Tetherhaul is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
Tetherhaul is a family-friendly casual game suitable for general audiences.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date; continued use of the game means you accept the latest version.
